Hotel Policies:
We understand that sometimes circumstances occur which necessitate the cancellation of a reservation. If you cancel your reservation any time from when we receive your deposit until ONE WEEK prior to your arrival time, you will receive a refund of your deposit money less a cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than ONE WEEK prior to your arrival time, there will be no refund of the deposit money. All deposit refunds on cancelled reservations will be mailed back to you by check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing and mailing of your refund check. It should be understood that the Aztec Ocean Resort cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal illness or injury, etc. The Aztec Ocean Resort values your patronage and appreciates your understanding.
Everyone who stays at the Aztec Ocean Resort must be age 18 or older unless accompanied by a parent. If you are under 18 and your parents are not staying in the room with you, WE WILL NOT RENT TO YOU. The ONLY exception to this rule is during prom season.
NO personal checks accepted or cashed at desk.

Rates based upon double occupancy. Additional person charge is $10/night per child ages 13 -17 and $20/night for persons age 18 and up. Extra person charge during prom and holiday weekends is $50.00 pp per night.
Cots or Air beds available upon request in advance only a charge of $10/night will apply.
All rentals to be paid in full prior to occupancy.
Parking limited to ONE CAR PER ROOM. LIMITED on-site parking with additional lots 1/2 block and 2 blocks away. The location of the your parking spot is not guaranteed.
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a fine. Smoking area are provided around property.
Room Types:
All rooms include cable tv, private bathroom, refrigerator and individually controlled heat/air-conditioning. REGULAR ROOMS include two double beds. VIP Suites include two queen-sized beds, a refrigerator and a large picture window overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. FAMILY SUITES are two connected Regular Rooms found only on the street-side of the hotel. They provide for twice the room of a single room at less than twice the price.
