CANCELLATIONS: We understand that sometimes circumstances occur which necessitate the cancellation of a reservation. If you cancel your reservation any time from when we receive your deposit until ONE WEEK prior to your arrival time, you will receive a refund of your deposit money less a cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than ONE WEEK prior to your arrival time, there will be no refund of the deposit money. All deposit refunds on cancelled reservations will be mailed back to you by check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing and mailing of your refund check.
