Parking limited to ONE CAR PER ROOM. LIMITED on-site parking with additional lots 1/2 block and 2 blocks away.
-guests under 21 will be required to leave a $200.00 cash damage deposit for there room.

CancellationPolicy:
We understand that sometimes circumstances occur which necessitate the cancellation of a reservation. If you cancel your reservation any time from when we receive your deposit until TWO WEEKS prior to your arrival time, you will receive a refund of your deposit money less a cancellation fee of $50.00 per room. If you cancel your reservation less than TWO WEEKS prior to your arrival time, there will be no refund of the deposit money. All deposit refunds on canceled reservations will be mailed back to you by check. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing and mailing of your refund check. It should be understood that the Aztec Ocean Resort cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather (including hurricanes), changes in travel plans, personal illness or injury, etc. The Aztec Ocean Resort values your patronage and appreciates your understanding.
