Guest Policies
 

Reservation & Payment

One-night non-refundable deposit required for all reservations.
Acceptable payment methods: cash, major credit card, money order, cashier's check, certified check.
Full balance due at check-in.
Rates based on double occupancy and subject to change without notice.
At least one registered guest per room must be 21+.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Valid photo ID and contact info required at check-in.
Security deposit:
- $250 cash (under 25)
- $200 (25 and over)

Cancellation

Cancel 14+ days in advance: Refund minus $50 fee.
Cancel within 14 days: No refund.
No refunds for early checkouts or bad weather.

Parking

One free parking space per room (on-site or overflow).
Display parking permit at all times.
Park at your own risk - Aztec not liable for theft/damage.

Beach Access

For guests staying two nights or longer, two free beach passes are included per room reservation.

Occupancy & Visitors

Only registered guests allowed on the property.
No unregistered visitors permitted.
No prom/post-prom bookings.
Wristbands may be required.

Conduct Rules

Quiet hours start at 11 PM.
No parties, loud music, disorderly behavior, or alcohol outside rooms.
No cooking, sports, or loitering on balconies.

Smoking & Pets

100% smoke-free rooms - $250 cleaning fee if violated.
No pets allowed (except service animals) - $250 fine if violated.

Cleanliness & Damages

$250 fee for excessive mess.
Guests charged for missing/damaged items.
Return all keys, towels, beach passes, parking permits, etc., at checkout.

Safety & Responsibility

Guests responsible for personal belongings.
Management may enter rooms as needed.
Violators of rules may be evicted without refund.
Adults responsible for children in their group.

Military Discount

10% off Sunday - Thursday (excluding holidays).
