Deposits are non-refundable and payable in cash or by money order, cashiers check or certified check. AMERICAN EXPRESS, VISA & MASTERCARD are also honored for deposits and at time of check-in.

Reservations and Deposits
A one night deposit is required for all reservations.

A deposit guarantees for you that we will hold the space as outlined in the reservation request and for us, that you will take the entire period booked.

You are responsible for the number of nights reserved.

All rooms based upon double occupancy.

Rates are subject to change without prior notification.

Deposits made using credit card by phone are subject to the same policies listed on this page.

All deposits to hold room (s) are non-refundable if a guest does not check-in on the stipulated date.

Upon check-in, the room holding deposit is transferred to the room security deposit.

Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. / Check-out time: 10:00am

$250.00 security/damage deposit is required to at time of check-in for registrants under the age of 25.  This money will be refunded to you at time of departure, after the room has been inspected by management. 
A $50.00 fee will be charged for excessively dirty conditions. Any damages done to room will be charged separately and accordingly.  Your signature on the sign in sheet gives management the right to charge your credit card or take monies from your security deposit to pay for any damages or incidental charges you may occur during your stay.

Payment: balance is due upon day of arrival.
All payments are made in cash or major credit cards.

No checks are accepted. cash, credit cards, bank certified check, money order accepted.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances occur which necessitate the cancellation of a reservation.  If you cancel your reservation any time from when we receive your deposit until two weeks prior to your arrival time, you will receive a refund of your deposit money less a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation less than two weeks prior to your arrival time, there will be no refund of the deposited money. All deposit refunds on cancelled reservations will be mailed back to you by check or credit. Please allow 4-6 weeks for the processing and mailing of your refund check. It should be understood that the Aztec Ocean Resort cannot accept responsibility for inclement weather, changes in travel plans, personal illness or injury, etc. the Aztec Ocean Resort values your patronage and appreciates your understanding.

Parking:

Only one free parking space will be provided on first come first served basis per room parking permit must be displayed clearly on rear-view-mirror showing room # through the windshield.

Please note that accommodations are for registered guests only (additional persons in room $20.00 each, holiday rates may vary) requests are specially noted, but not guaranteed rates are per night and based on 2 adults # of beds (except for weekly rates and holidays). Packages may vary in number of adults and children included. rates subject to change without notice no refunds after check-in.

Sorry, no pets allowed

ID is required for registration. only adults (21 years or older) may register.

Upon registration all occupants must record their names, phone numbers. unrecorded guest(s) risk accountability in an event of emergency. We reserve the right to prosecute trespassers to the full extent of the law.

Management may issue specific wristbands when deemed necessary. they must be worn by all occupants on their wrist as a form of id during their stay at this motel. lost wristbands shall not be replaced. any person without our specific wristband shall not be permitted on the motel premises by the security guard.

Children and minors may stay with a responsible adult registrant.

Registrant shall be financially responsible for leaving a littered or unsanitary room or any loss or damage to the motel property by the occupants.

Registrant must return all key(s), extra towels etc. at checkout. loss or damages, if any, shall be deducted out of the security deposit before any refund at checkout.

No visitors are permitted on property at any time.

The following activities are deemed to be injurious to public health and therefore prohibited: loud and abusive noises coming from guests all hours of the day and night within and upon the motel’s premises; boisterous activities; unruly and profane language; public drunkenness; overcrowding upon or near the motel’s premises; use of fireworks; public urination; making of any noise of such character, intensity or duration as to be detrimental to the life, health or welfare of any individual or which either steadily or intermittently annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, peace or safety of any individual.

No cooking, sports, horseplay, pets, or subletting of motel premises is permitted.

No loitering, leaning, standing or hanging around the motel balcony or deck is permitted.

No drinking of alcohol out side of rooms is permitted.

Registrant shall be responsible for the conduct of accompanying children and minors. NJ state law prohibits alcohol consumption under the age of 21 years of age A

All occupants are expected to dispose of beverage bottles/cans and cigarette butts properly. \

Extra garbage bags are available upon request.

All occupants are responsible for their belongings.

Guests are requested to lower the television volume after 11 pm.

Management does not recommend bare-foot walking on the motel property.

This motel is a temporary vacation housing; occupants will not be considered residents of seaside heights. while registering, you must include your permanent address Management reserves the right to enter the rented premises at reasonable hours for maintenance etc.

Non-compliance of these rules will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all monies

All rooms are non-smoking. smoking in non-smoking rooms will result in a fine of $100.00. smoking area are provided around property.

We are not pet friendly. having a pet in your room will result in a fine of $100.00.

Service Dogs are allowed with Valid ID License.

It is under stood that if you choose to smoke in your room or have a pet in your room your credit card on file will be charged the cleaning fee.

Room Types:

All rooms include cable TV, private bathroom, refrigerator and individually controlled heat/air-conditioning.

REGULAR ROOMS include two double beds. VIP Suites include two queen-sized beds, a refrigerator and a large picture window overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. FAMILY SUITES are two connected Regular Rooms found only on the street-side of the hotel. They provide for twice the room of a single room at less than twice the price.
